M&E CAD / Revit Technician - Building Services Consultancy - £25 - 35k
Your new company
One of the largest privately owned building services consultancies in the UK operating from 4 offices nationwide employing over 100 staff, all of whom have a wealth of experience in their own right and create a dynamic and differentiated approach to our practice.
They are looking to expand their Revit / AutoCAD departments and are therefore looking to recruit Revit MEP Technicians to work on a large variety of multi-disciplinary projects in our Sheffield office.
Your new role
Ideally you will need to be conversant in the use of Revit MEP however training can be provided (M&E AutoCAD experience is essential).
You will have experience of producing M&E drawings related to schematics, general arrangements and layouts. You will have the capabilities of liaising with fellow design members during the design process.
You will be responsible for providing a wide range of MEP engineering services under the direction of the CAD Department Manager.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of project types including multimillion£ developments in the commercial, healthcare, industrial, education and residential sectors.
What you'll need to succeed
- Autodesk Revit MEP trained.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Building Services
- Experienced in coordinating MEP services.
- 2D AutoCAD experience.
- Engineering background an advantage but not essential.
- Willingness to assist with training other staff.
