Mobile HVAC Engineer - £35k + Door to Door Travel

SALARY & PACKAGE

• Up to £35k

• D2D travel
• Call out is 1 in 8. 130 pound standby
• Abundance of overtime – time and a half after 5:30, Saturdays first 5 hours is time and a half anything more double time, double on Sundays and bank
• 23 days holiday + bank (rises to 25 after 5 years)
• Van, fuel card, PPE, Tools, IPad, Phone, Pension

 

THE JOB

 
Looking for a hardworking, competent HVAC Engineer to join an already established team on a mobile basis.

 
Service maintenance and breakdown and reactive calls of:

• Splits
• FCUs
• VRVs
• VRFs
• Multi Splits
• AHUs

 

AREAS OF COVER
 

• Area of cover with be the Midlands up to the Noorth of England 

 

CLIENTS

• Mainly commercial and retail clients
• Law Practices – multi tenanted commercial office space
• Large Shopping Centres

 

THE COMPANY

Its working for a Leading FM company based in Hemel Hempstead.

• Part of a Network Holding company that employs 500 staff Nationwide
• M&E Division employs over 50 engineers Nationally.
• 4 offices – London, Midlands, North Somerset, Essex
• Operate within the Legal, Commercial and Retail sectors.
• Portfolio ranges from £300k - £4million

 

THE CANDIDATE

 

• Must have F-Gas
• C&G or NVQ is AC & Fridge.
