Job Details
Mechanical Commissioning Manager required for immediate start in London. Pay up to £65k + package
Your new company
You will be working for an international Building Services company with a central London office. The company was established over 50 years ago and has a turnover more than £35 million. They are a well known and respected company that is continuing to grow. Most of the work will be in central London. The company have a very good team atmosphere and are there to help and support each other when needed.
Your new role
You will be the Mechanical Commissioning Manager on a range of projects mainly commercial and some residential around London. You will be working from the office and on a variety of sites. You will be required to monitor sub-contractors and work with the team during install, compiling quality reports along the way as well as commissioning. Thereby being able to fix or recommend changes as the problems occur. You will be involved in the projects from start to finish not just coming in at the end for commissioning.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a team player with a focus on quality. You will be efficient with reporting. You will be able to get along with a diverse group of people on site and in the office. You will be client facing. You will be willing to learn and be adaptable to using the companies systems. You will have experience working on install of Mechanical packages. You will preferably have experience reading drawings and vetting designs. Preferably with some design experience. You will be computer literate. CAD experience is a plus. You must have UK experience. You will need to be quite technically minded.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive starting salary up to £60k + package depending on the individual and experience. Teamwork is very important to this company.
