Are you currently on the lookout for your next position as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with an established Building Services Consultancy?
The client that we are currently working with have been established for nearly a century and have a strong hold of the building services market in the North West. They are a smaller consultancy with around 10 employees and pride themselves in the standard of work and making sure every job is done correctly. They are currently looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to come and join their talented and steadily growing team in Wirral. Ideally you will already be at a Senior Level and will have the ambition to progress in to the position of Associate over the coming years as you grow with the company.
The successful candidate will be well versed in the design of mechanical systems throughout a number of different building types and will have broad experience when it comes to the sectors, they've worked in. you will have experience in full end to end project delivery and be able to switch between multiple projects at one time to ensure client needs/ deadlines are met. You will have experience mentoring more junior engineers and will be able to help them reach their full potential within the business. You will ideally have a good idea of the market in the North West and will have hopefully made strong client relationships that you can use. You will be confident hand have strong stakeholder management skills.
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements
·Degree in Mechanical Engineering
·CIBSE Membership
·10 Years mechanical design experience in building services
·Good working knowledge of Hevacomp/Cymap and AutoCAD (Revit desirable).
·Appreciation for other disciplines
·Skills in team leading and mentoring
·Good communication skills
