Building Services Engineer

Your new role
You will carry out concept and detailed designs. You will also conduct surveys and write the reports for the condition of sites you will be working on. You may be required to work across the country or other offices, ensuring all work is completed on schedule. You will ensure all work is completed according to the codes of practice and are compliant with legislation.

What you'll need to succeed
A degree in Building services or equivalent qualifications
Ideally you would be chartered or working towards being chartered
Experience working with design packages such as; IES, Hevacomp, autocad
Knowledge of BIM (Revit, Navis works) would be advantageous
Knowledge of BREEAM would be desirable
