Established 30 years ago this privately owned, British Building Services Consultancy has firmly established themselves as one of the leading, medium sized London practices.

Due to succession planning, they are looking to appoint a key individual to shadow the existing Electrical Director, with the view of stepping up into an Associate role within the next two years.

They are looking for a stand-alone Senior Electrical Design Engineer with previous experience in leading projects, leading and mentoring engineers and assisting with fee bids and resource planning who is ready to step up into a Principal role. They would like someone who wants to have a big influence into the future direction and success of the business and have a genuine opportunity of becoming an equity Director in the future.
