Job Details
Our client, an award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy are keen to add a Sustainability Consultant to their team in Central London. Operating from a network of offices around the home counties you will be joining at a time of planned expansion.
Carrying a minimum of 3 years consultancy experience you will be tasked with undertaking BREEAM assessments and sustainability work on the energy side of the built environment. The consultancy offers a range of different disciplines and have successfully completed projects within the residential, education, commercial and leisure sectors.
Being Degree and MSc qualified the chosen candidate will work on 5 key areas within the team
·BREEAM Assessments
·Daylight/Sunlight/Overheating Assessments
·SAP Calculations
·Energy and Sustainability Statements including London Plan
·Thermal Modelling within IES
Sustainability Consultant Candidate Requirements
·Degree and/or MSc in Built Environment subjects
·Qualified BREEAM assessor (New Construction)
·Experience in using IES
·Team player
·Good communication skills
·CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant (Desirable)
