Senior MEP CAD/BIM Co-ordinator - £45/hr

One of the UK's leading independent building services contractors is looking for an experienced and efficient MEP CAD/BIM Co-ordinator to join the project team for an incoming project on a couple of years’ work.

Offering a rate of up to £45/hr alongside the security of guaranteed 2 years of work on one of the most exciting projects in the sector, this is an opportunity for a contract CAD co-ordinator to take ownership of the MEP design of the project as part of a BIM group within a wider project team.

You must have extensive experience within the MEP sector working for contractors. Consultancy experience is useful, but candidates with only consultancy experience (ie, no contractor) will not be considered unfortunately, as you need to be able to slot seamlessly into the company culture and fast pace of working.

For this role, efficiency and speed of working is key. The project team in place so far needs to be able to rely on you to take ownership of the electrical CAD and specialise in co-ordination, turning around the designs quickly and without errors or clashes.
