Senior Building Services Engineer/Surveyor

A large multi-disciplinary consultancy in Manchester is looking for a senior building services surveyor.

Your new company
This is a large multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Manchester City Centre. They have a great team of engineers that they are looking to expand further. They work across a range of sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, and high rise residential.

Your new role
You will be working in a state of art office in the heart of Manchester alongside M&E design engineers, Structural engineers and public health engineers. Your role will be a varied one based in the office and on site surveying.
You will be delivering pre-acquisition and dilapidation surveys of all the M&E services followed by detailed report.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in Building Services or equivalent with previous experience working within building services environment. You will need to have experience delivering dilapidation and pre-acquisition surveys and write detailed reports. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to legally take up work in the UK.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £40,000 - £42,000. You will be working in a brilliant office along some of the friendliest team members I have met. You will receive support in any further training you may want to take up and a generous benefits package.
