An opportunity has arisen for a static yard/handyman to be working In a static site in Chelsea to be joining a team of multiskilled engineers.
Established for over 40 years specialising in facility management and project works, this company employs over 200 engineers and cover the heart of London and well as a national basis with a projects team that spreads as far as the middle east.
With a friendly, family, hardworking ethos and internal culture, this company has a low turnover of staff which is testament to their employee commitment .
Duties:
You will be providing PPM, Reactive and maintenance to a wide variety of works including:
Provide technical solutions for PPM and defect work and fault rectification on the following:

- Carpentry
- Painting
- Making Good
- Changing Locks
- Maintaining the yard area, cleaning debris
- Operating Bin Tug
- Tiling
- Liaise with senior manager
