Building Physics Consultant job (M&E Consultancy), London, £35-48k, international low carbon projects

Your new company
This London based MEP consultancy of over 50 Engineers and Consultants has a low carbon ethos and a variety of projects across sectors, including residential, hospitality, commercial, and more. With a focus on key international markets in recent years, now 50% of their yearly project work is for low-carbon developments in tropical locations. Half of the business is comprised of sustainability and environmental experts, who work on a wide range of projects from big picture master-planning and strategy, to full project design and assessment. A relaxed and informal feel to their office in the heart of London, with a diverse range of employees from different backgrounds.

Your new role
Joining a large team of Environmental and Sustainability Consultants, you will work on a diverse range of projects, from mid-sized local work, to larger scale international projects. You will model and analyse the performance of a range of building types, with a focus on large scale international low-carbon buildings. You will provide critical information to inform the development of fully functional and high-performing projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working in building physics on a variety of building types, and will have worked in an M&E or multidisciplinary consultancy. You will be expert in specialist building modelling software and be able to create reliable and accurate models to analyse performance. You will be comfortable working closely other professionals.
