M&E BIM Technician

Your new company
Hays have been retained by this renowned construction company who holds a strong project portfolio in a range of sectors throughout civil engineering and commercial design and build schemes. They have recently been awarded a multi-million Belfast based project and therefore seek an experienced MEP BIM Technician to join their growing team within Northern Ireland.

Your new role
Reporting to the Design Manager, you will assist with producing BIM Models & CAD drawings for all stages of design for electrical and mechanical systems. Producing and amending schematic drawings, creating and managing custom families. You will liaise directly with the Engineering team to ensure client needs and projects are delivered on programme.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be expected to have a minimum of 3 years' experience using CAD and BIM within a Building Services environment. Sound technical and communication skills along with experience of undertaking a range of engineering related projects. An Engineering background would be desirable.
