M&E Clerk of Works, 3 month plus, Immediate Start
Your new company
You'll be working on a large estate in Bristol, sat in the organisations capital works function which is part of a larger estates team. The team is made up of M&E clerk of works & Fabric clerk of works, as well as building surveyors & project managers.
Your new role
You will be responsible for inspections on multiple projects at any given time. Typically the projects are large new build projects at circa £10m+ however there are a selection of refurbishment projects underway as well. You will ensuring that the mechanical and electrical sub-contractors are adhering to SLA's and that the project is running to schedule.
What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit an individual that has previously worked on the tools as either an electrician or plumber/pipefitter and who has worked client side as a clerk of works previously. That said, it could suit an electrical or mechanical supervisor who is interested in approaching a project from a client perspective rather than sub-contractor.
What you'll get in return
This will be a 40 hour week and the contract is likely to run for circa 3-6 months but every chance this may get extended.
