Job Details
Our client is an award winning highly innovative building Services consultancy that has been operating for over a century. They deliver some brilliant projects nationwide and are really at the forefront when it comes to creating sustainably viable buildings. They have over 10 offices nationwide and are currently looking for a talented and ambitious Associate Level Sustainability Engineer to come and join them in their Oxford office.
Ideally you will already be at least Associate level and will possess excellent knowledge in BREEAM and Energy as well as being proficient in Thermal modelling. You will have attained a degree and ideally a MSc in a Sustainability subject and be looking to take on a senior role managing and mentoring more junior members of the team. Working alongside the MEP design teams you will provide sustainability advice to many key clients and their projects. As an Associate Sustainability Consultant, you will also be able to go out and win work with new clients as well as retain relationships with new clients. The Associate director of Sustainability will produce fee quotations and will play a large part in the financial side of the growth within this office.
Associate Director of Sustainability Requirements:
Degree and MSc in Sustainability subject
·Minimum 10 years consultancy experience within the built environment
·BREEAM AP Qualified
·Qualifications in BREEAM 2014 New Construction, Other Buildings and Non-Domestic and CSH
·Excellent communication and presentation skills
·Good working knowledge of Sustainability legislation
·Good understanding of financials for projects
·Working knowledge of IES and or TAS
