Revit/CAD Technician

Building Services consultancy in Manchester looking for a CAD/Revit Technician to join their team.

Your new company
This is a specialist building services consultancy working on a lot of developments across the North West and UK, specifically within high rise residential and commercial sectors. Currently working on quite a few student residences. They have a very vibrant and sociable team that work really well together and support one another.

Your new role
In this role you will be delivering fully co-ordinated CAD and Revit drawings of Mechanical and Electrical services. You will be working alongside Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers.
You will be working as part of a larger team of around 40 engineers.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need to be fully proficient in using AutoCAD and Revit MEP, with previous experience working within the building services industry. You will need to have experience working on high rise, new build and refurbishment projects.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. This company offers flexible working arrangement and even working from home a day a week if required. They have a very lively team of engineers that definitely make this company a pleasure to work for.
