STATIC ELECTRICAL ENGINEER 

Monday to Friday split shift 7am-4pm 10am-7pm 
Large Commercial Office Based in Tower Hill
2 Man Site -  1 x electrical, 1 x mechanical 

The position will be working on the Landlord side.

PPM Schedules

Some Reactive works


Electrical

• Lighting and water temp checks.
• Fitting of lights
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, responding immediately to reactive tasks
• Operation of  Trend and Siemens BMS systems to maintain optimum running efficiency of all HVAC
• Maintenance and running of Standby Generators and monitoring of UPS systems
• Emergency Lighting tests
• PAT Testing

 


SALARY & PACKAGE 


£35,000 

Guaranteed 2 Saturdays a month paid at x1.5
Over time servicing FCU’s every other Saturday paid at 1.5x rate,
OPTIONAL 1 in 2 Call out rota of £100 per week.
