We are proud Ridge people who successfully strive to make a difference.</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>As an Associate Building Services Engineer based at our office in Oxford you will work on a wide variety of prestigious and unique projects from large scale schemes to smaller more unique and challenging schemes. &nbsp;Your role would be to lead project teams through delivery and with support from the senior team develop a strong client base of your own.</p> <p><strong>Main Duties&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with developing Building Services within Ridge and be part of the Building Services discipline group&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead the technical development of the group</li> <li>Assisting the Partners to lead and manage the Building Services team</li> <li>Manage existing clients and develop further opportunities</li> <li>Look to grow the group on the back of new and repeat clients</li> <li>Be responsible for resourcing and delivering to a financial target</li> <li>Raise awareness of Ridge by attendance at networking events, seminars and business development events</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Educated to degree or HND level&nbsp;</li> <li>Chartered Engineer</li> <li>Experienced at leading projects and a team of engineers</li> <li>Outgoing and personable, with both colleagues and clients</li> </ul> <p>You will have experience with designing projects from conception through to completion (including calculations, drawings, specifications), whilst demonstrating commercial awareness in winning work.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team offering excellent career progression prospects.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What's in it for you?</strong></p> <p>At Ridge we invest heavily in our biggest assets........our people.
