Building Physics Engineer

A building services consultancy in Greater Manchester looking for Sustainability Engineer to join the team.

Your new company
This is a medium size consultancy based in Greater Manchester looking for a Sustainability Engineer to come and join their team. They specialise in education and healthcare projects, with occasional work within the commercial, leisure and industrial sector.

Your new role
This is a key role where you will be delivering analysis, models and reports using TAS and EDSL software. This role is essential to establish whether a design is sustainable and energy efficient. Depending on your experience you will either be expected to work unsupervised or you will be given training and support to progress with your career.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be degree qualified in Building Physics, Sustainable Engineering or equivalent with post graduate experience working within the building services industry. You will be proficient working with TAS and/or EDSL software and will be able to use those on daily basis.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary of between £25,000 - £45,000 depending on your experience. This company also offers flexible working hours, excellent environment to work in and further training and support in your career.
