Your new role

You'll be working alongside the Managing Surveyor and Junior QS providing support to the operational and commercial team in all commercial processes to ensure that projects are procured and delivered within budget, within time constraints and to achieve the associated profit targets. You will be required to maintain and develop successful working relationships between company, clients and subcontractors.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role you'll be required to be educated in quantity or building surveying or a construction-related subject, have experience in directing teams, have commercial acumen and be contractually aware. Experience working on M&E projects is essential.
