Design/Engineering Project Leader

A permanent role for Design/Engineering Project Leader to work on specialised projects in Lancaster.

Your new company
This is a family owned business that has grown from strength to strength. They have been established for over 15 years now and deliver over £6 million worth of projects per year. They specialise in delivering modular clean-rooms, laboratories and research facilities. They are now looking to further expand their team.

Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for making sure that the designs are delivered in line with the current regulations and legislation. This is a client facing role where you will be representing the company and developing long lasting relationships. You will also make sure that the projects are delivered within budget and on time. On day to day basis you will also manage junior team members and help them to grow and progress in their career.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in mechanical engineering or equivalent with previous experience working in a managerial role. You will need to have excellent knowledge of industry standards and regulations as well as being familiar with AutoCAD and 3D design software to review the designs produced.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience.
