Sustainability Engineer (BREEAM Assessor)

Our client is currently seeking a BREEAM assessor to join their team in London, within their Sustainability Team.

The individual will take the lead in the BREEAM assessments they are currently under taking nationally. Although BREEAM assessments will be the primary role, they believe it is essential to expand knowledge within all areas of sustainability, training and opportunities will be provided within thermal modelling. SBEM assessments, SAP assessments, registering as an EPC assessor, etc

The candidate should have the following experience;

• Undertaking BREEAM assessments from Pre-assessment to Post-Completion certification
• Licenced BREEAM assessor
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Report writing
• Project Management
• BREEAM AP (Preferable)
