M&E Quantity Surveyor, London, Multiple sites, £50-£60k

A leading UK construction, services and property group active in renewable energies technologies, public and private house building and land development. With offices both in the U.K & Ireland they aim to establish themselves as the premier supplier of renewable energy solutions in the market.

Your new role
A junior/intermediate M&E quantity surveyor to work on multiple sites based in London. Your day to day responsibilities will be: Cost value reconciliations, Cash flow forecasting, management of sub-contractor accounts, procurement of specialist mechanical and electrical sub-contractors, negotiation of variations/calculations and settlement of final accounts, and finally managing monthly project cost reports in time for monthly director meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
M&E experience is essential. Experience working site based on projects is desirable.
