Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer Role Covering Two Sites - £35,000

 

THE COMPANY

I am currently representing a family run building service company based near crystal palace, with just over 15 engineers.


We are looking for a static electrical engineer who will be covering a site in Pimlico for 4 days a week and 1 site in Ealing for a day, both sites are within a 5 minute walk from the station. You will also be assisted by their mobile M&E engineers when required.



PACKAGE

• £30,000 - £35,000
• 20 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays
• Overtime – 1 Saturday a month to carry out emergency light testing
• Hours are 8:30 – 5:30

 

THE ROLE

• 4 Days in Pimlico & 1 Day in Ealing
• Emergency light testing
• UPS systems
• BMS
• PPMS
• Maintenance on FCU’s and AHU’s
• Maintenance on pipe leaks

• General building service work
• Client facing

Requirements

• 17^th edition or 18^th edition
• Relevant qualifications
• Testing and inspection would be a advantage
• General building services knowledge
• Client facing
• Experience with workstations
