JOB ROLE :

Working on a mobile basis, covering London & the M25 Orbital providing service maintenance and breakdown on the following equipment, within their retail and commercial client portfolio :

• Splits
• Multi Splits
• VRV and VRF’s  
• Fan Coils
• AHU’S
• Brazing pipe work
• Cold Rooms
• Bootle Coolers
• General Building services as and when required on site.

 

Working supervisor role carrying out following duties :

• Manging a team of 4 engineers (3 AC and one Building Services/Handyman)
• Tool Box Talks
• Daily management and troubleshooting for engineers
• Quoting on remedial works up to 30k ( very small works)
• Managing call out and ppm rotas alongside service coordinator
• Ideally living within 1 hour commute of Dartford office as they will need to be in the office 1 day a week probably

In terms of package:

• up to £40,000
• Van & Fuel Card
• No Travel
• Time and a half after 4:30, double time after midnight
• Double on Saturdays Sundays and bank
• Van, fuel card, mobile, IPad, PPE
• 25 days holiday + bank
• 1in5 – 1in6 call out – weekends only call out (50 pound standby)
