M&E BIM Coordinator

Your new company
Hays have been retained by one of Northern Ireland's leading M&E Building Services Contractors to recruit an M&E BIM Coordinator for their head office in Co. Antrim. With a reputation of excellence in the industry, their name is synonymous with high-profile education, health, commercial and government developments across Northern Ireland and further afield.

Your new role
You will be responsible for developing the BIM model and using Revit MEP to support the Mechanical and Electrical design on a range of diverse projects across all business sectors. You will be interfacing with clients, architects and sub-contractors, attending site meetings to ensure projects are delivered on programme.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical services and experience of working with Revit in a practical environment. You should be able to produce 2D deliverables from collaborated models and have working knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection. Good AutoCAD skills and the ability to read engineering drawings is essential. Knowledge of BIM and PAS 1192 framework would be desirable.
