Facilities Coordinator Circa £17k-£18K

Your new company
This is an established charity with an extensive estate across the UK. They focus on customer service and supporting their clients.

Your new role
You will be monitoring the Helpdesk, inputting data to a new CAFM system, raising invoices, managing building compliance, liaising with landlords, and supporting Facilities Managers. This includes acquiring and fitting out new premises, which consists of utility providers, specialist contractors, clinical waste and completing change of use forms.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working in a Facilities team, with excellent knowledge of computer systems. You will have attention to detail, the ability to build and maintain relationships and a basic understanding of safety in the workplace. You will be a team player but have the drive to complete tasks without being told.
