This is an established property consultancy with an international presence.
Your new role
You will manage two offices in Leeds City Centre, monitoring contractors ensuring works are completed to a high standard. You will also be the point of contact for landlords and tenants, building key relationships. You will also manage building compliance and contractor safety.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience managing offices, liaising with the tenants and landlords. You will also have excellent customer service skills with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly. You will have working knowledge of health & safety, ideally having completed IOSH training.
