IT Support Manager – Croydon – Corporate Services
My client, a leading consultancy in the Building Services industry is looking for an IT Support Manager to assist into the day to day support across the business.
As the IT Support Manager you will be ensuring the highest standard of service delivery is provided, reporting and highlighting on areas of improvement. Having the opportunity to give an opinion on areas of improvement will give you the opportunity to have a say on the IT Department with a key player in its industry.
The suitable candidate must also have the ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships, where you will be obtaining competitive quotes and making recommendations when necessary. You will very much have a strong voice in the business and have a say in which direction it takes.
This is a company that is a social and collaborative one to work for – this is a company that wants the staff not to dread coming into the office and often have regular social events. They want staff to have a perfect work life balance so that you don’t feel like you don’t have the opportunity to socialise.
The new IT Support Manager must have a broad knowledge of IT technologies, architect and infrastructure. Also it is important that you have at least five years’ experience, so that you are able to work confidently with this global company.
