Clerk of Works
A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clerk of Works in Inverness.
Your new company
My client is a well-established construction company based in Inverness and is currently looking for a Clerk of Works to add to the existing team.
Your new role
Main duties for this job include liaising with contractors to make sure work is carried out on time and to the set standards, writing reports and coach other members of the team on quality control. You will also be required to travel to different sites on a regular basis across Inverness and the Highlands.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this job you will come from a trades background and have experience working as a Clerk of Works or Supervisor previously. You will have good knowledge of all trades, including mechanical, electrical and joinery as well as general building knowledge including building fabrics. You will be computer literate, have a valid UK driving licence, excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and hold a valid CSCS card.
What you'll get in return
This job is a permanent contract working 38.25 hours per week. You will be offered an excellent salary of £40000 - £45000 as well as a car or car allowance and other benefits.
