Are you looking for a new challenge as a BIM Technician? We have a client-side opportunity in Leeds to work on some brilliant schemes across the country.
I client have been established for over a century and are now branching out in to new sectors working on a variety of different projects around the nation. They are currently at around 120 strong consisting of structural engineers, architects and other professionals throughout the built environment but are looking to build their BIM Team to accompany these professionals. They are looking for a dynamic and ambitious BIM Technician to come and join their team to assist with the detailed design of these project
The successful candidate will be fully conversant with Revit MEP and have demonstrable project experience within the building services sector. You will be able to walk straight in to the team and be a contributing member. You will have a good understanding of BIM as well as being able to present and liaise with clients when needed. You will have an exemplary attitude and take pride in your work. This position would be perfect for someone who is looking for career development and wants to work in a company that supports them every step of the way.
BIM Technician Requirements:
- At least 1 years' experience using Revit MEP within a Building Services environment
- Experienced in coordinating MEP services.
- 2D AutoCAD experience essential
- Engineering background an advantage but not essential.
- Masters in BIM management desirable
