Commercial Maintenance Electrician, Permanent Job In Oxford, £32k


Your new role
We have partnered with a prestigious National Facilities Maintenance organisation. Looking for an commercial maintenance electrician who has has building services maintenance experience. Key responsibilities will be PPM (Planned Proactive Maintenance), Reactive maintenance of plant room, HVAC and Basic Electrics across the site such as lights and sockets.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have either an apprenticeship or a NVQ level 3 equivalent city and guilds qualification. Experience in commercial maintenance is essential. You will have worked on site before, and have great personable face-to-face skills. Any experience working on hospital sites would be greatly beneficial. Experience in Building Services maintenance and reactive maintenance is desired.
