Your new company
A new job opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical and Electrical Clerk of Works in Moray.
You will join an established team of Clerk of Works of all trades that look after a variety of commercial and residential projects in the Moray region.

Your new role
As M&E Clerk of Works, you will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical and electrical work is undertaken to the organisation's standards and specifications. You will be working on various projects including planned maintenance and refurbishments in commercial properties whilst overseeing the work of contractors, snagging and signing off works.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will be a plumber, heating engineer or electrician to trade and you will have gained experience supervising tradespeople as well as good knowledge of the building industry. You will need a driving licence and a cscs / ecs card.
