In your opinion, who are the top three engineering consultancies in the UK?

Everyone will give a different answer of course, but there are some companies, with good reason, that come up again and again when I ask people in the industry that question.

I am currently working with one particular engineering consultancy to find them a new senior electrical design engineer to help grow their London team.

This company enjoys an incredible global reputation. While I know everyone will have different ideas of who the top three consultancies are, a great many people would include this company in their list as one of the first to jump to mind – not just in the UK but even globally. In the UK and across the world they work on the biggest, most high profile projects, have had a hand in countless hundreds of iconic buildings which define major cities’ landscapes (especially London) and continue to be at the forefront of engineering design in every way. More importantly ,they look after all of their thousands of staff brilliantly, evidenced by very low levels of staff turnover across all offices.

Like many top candidates, you may be settled in your current role, I appreciate that. But a lot of key career changes happen when people are not looking, it is just the right opportunity that comes along and this could be that one role!
