This is an established public sector organisation with multiple offices across Leeds City Centre.
Your new role
You will be supporting the Senior Project Manager with one direct report who you will mentor. You will be establishing processes and procedures to allow desk moves, office moves and new starter set up. You will also work with the Facilities team and hold meetings with key stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience managing office environments, working on projects associated with the maintenance of them and the policies needed to run efficiently. You will also have knowledge of basic safety, Microsoft systems and creating reports.
