Senior Electrical Design Engineer – Liverpool Street – Mixture of projects
My client, is looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to be involved with the day to day lead in the Electrical side of a company on course for a record year.
In recent weeks, this award winning company has won 25 new projects, which includes Residential, Schools, Commercial, Art Galleries and Retail. This is a wide range of sectors where you will be expected to play a leading part. My client has made clear that they want you to do a mixture of projects so that you aren’t bored doing the same projects over and over again.
Having seen the office the past week, I can say that the company ethos is clear to see – you will be working in a collaborative, social and upbeat environment. They don’t want you to be the type of person sitting in the corner with headphones in, they want someone who can confidently speak to other engineers and who are willing to collaborate.
There is an incredibly low turnover in staff with this company and this is due to the fact that they look after their staff. For example, before staff go on holiday they are given a little bit of extra spending money from the Director to spend on their break. This will give you the opportunity to join a company where they truly look after their own.
This is very much a team effort, you will be playing a lead part with this company and playing a hand in pushing for that record breaking year. The Director will also always be willing to sit down with yourself and discuss future progression opportunities within the company.
