Hays are working in partnership with Translink to recruit for a Property Asset Manager to join their Property Projects department based at their new Milewater Road Service Centre in Duncrue, Belfast.

Your new role
You will lead an audit and assurance team and manage an information management-based business support function. These supporting functions will work collaboratively with both the Capital Property Projects and Property Maintenance Departments (Building and M&E) to ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and internationally recognised management and asset standards. You will also support the Head of Property in key decision-making processes relating to both capital and revenue spend.


What you'll need to succeed
Essential criteria:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the successful implementation/management of ISO accredited asset management, quality or other standards in a construction, manufacturing or other technical based business sector.
Minimum of a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical subject e.g. construction, engineering or manufacturing.
In depth understanding and experience of planning and control processes and methodologies within a technical environment.

Desirable criteria:
Minimum of a Construction related degree
Experience of NEC Contracts, BIM, BREEAM/CEEQUAL
Experience in legislation and regulations associated with property
