Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer - London - (Flexible home working) To £38K
Human Capital Solutions is working in partnership with a progressive MEP Design and Sustainability consultancy that have a fresh approach to employee engagement.

Recent projects include the low carbon renovation/refurbishment of a hotel in Kensington, a photographic studio, a recording studio, several zero and low carbon country houses across the UK and ongoing product development with one of the UK's largest green infrastructure manufacturers.
Being a start-up, they are looking for individuals that will work with them, rather than simply for them and want to support the healthy growth of the business.

In addition to a generous basic salary of £33 - £38K, they also offer 25 days leave, a lot of autonomy and a profit share scheme.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or Architectural and Environmental Engineering.
- Able to use IES and Revit MEP.
- Minimum of three years' experience in HVAC design.
- Able to manage you own time to meet deadlines.
- Able to attend site and client meetings in and around London.
Please note you must be genuinely interested in joining a start-up of 10 employees and want to work from home three days a week.
