CAD/BIM Leader - £55-£60k Plus excellent Package

Are you a CAD/BIM Leader, with a strong background within the Building Services, HVAC/Construction sector, with the ambition to manage a well established yet growing team?

My client are a market leader in the engineering construction sector, and work on a number of high profile projects. Their office is based in the Manchester region.

Due to ongoing expansion plans and desire to develop their CAD/BIM team into a marker leader, they are looking to recruit a CAD/BIM Leader.

This position is an extremely exciting one, with genuine career progression and the chance to grow and develop your team further. They currently have a number of CAD/BIM Technicians, and need someone who can lead from the front and develop this team.

 Role responsibilities:

Lead a team of specialist CAD/BIM Technicians and Coordinators, delivering bespoke cutting edge engineering solutions on major projects.

Play an integral role in the implementation of BIM Process.

Oversee production of drawings, models, BoM’s and Computer Aided Manufacturing.

Oversee and manage team deliverables, staff development and team growth.

Work closely with the head of engineering on the development of delivery plans and continuous improvement.

Oversee the delivery of detailed drawings to recognised industry standards.

Promote a culture of health and safety, team work and integrity.

Requirements for the position:

A strong background within the Building Services, HVAC or Construction sector.

Expertise in BIM/CAD in relation to major engineering/construction projects.

Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire others.

Capable of working closely with the senior management team to implement medium and long term business goals.
