Winding down your career? Looking to improve your work-life balance? Time to go part-time!
There are many reasons you might want to start working part-time, whether you are approaching retirement and want to wind down gently, looking to spend a bit more time with your family, or maybe you have a side business which you would like to dedicate a bit more time to. Maybe you just want to spend more time on the golf course, or pursuing another hobby!
Whatever your reason, unfortunately the current working culture doesn’t really support part-time opportunities in general and opportunities are pretty rare – but this opportunity opens the door to that option for you.
The role would start as a full-time role for the first few months, as a mechanical or electrical design engineer in the central London office, working on various projects including a high-rise residential development in Croydon.
Once this project goes on site towards the end of 2019, your role would become resident engineer, on a part-time basis, leaving you free to pursue other interests in your spare time. You could come from an electrical or mechanical background.
A couple of free days every week to do what you want with! If seeing your family, building a business, improving your golf handicap or anything else is a higher priority than slaving away in an office 45 hours a week … let me know.
If you are interested in being considered for this role, please apply in the standard way or contact me on 07814 619 544 for more information.
