We’re a forward-thinking authority with an exciting opportunity in our expanding team of property professionals. The team looks after a significant, growing and mixed property portfolio, with a large majority of public and commercial premises.

In this key role, you’ll be leading and developing building services schemes and proposals for the Council, and will typically be responsible for the specification, procurement and maintenance of HVAC systems; electrical, gas and water installations; and fire and intrusion alarms.

Where work is of a specialist nature, you’ll need to effectively liaise with consultants to develop work specifications, and you’ll also ensure all work is carried out according to client briefs and requirements; from inception through to completion.

You’ll be a key member of our multi-discipline team, advising and supporting colleagues to provide an excellent service to our clients. If you have an in-depth knowledge of related building construction and legislation; and hold membership of an appropriate professional body; you will be an excellent addition to our team.
