Are you a Senior mechanical Engineer looking for your next exciting opportunity to join a well-known and prestigious consultancy?
The client that we are currently working with have been established for over 100 years and are over 200 strong when it comes to engineers operating in the built environment. They work on some brilliant projects with a lot of their projects being in the healthcare sector giving you the chance to work on some major schemes. They are currently looking to add a talented and ambitious Senior Mechanical Engineer to their growing team in the Glasgow office.
The successful Senior mechanical engineer will have very good technical ability when It comes to the design of mechanical systems throughout a range of different building types. You will have good client facing manors and will be able to take the position of lead engineer on major schemes. You will be familiar with a range of different software's specific to the building services industry and will be able to use them to a good level. You will have experience in mentoring more junior members of staff and will want to see them succeed within the business. You will have site experience and be able to liaise with contractors overseeing the installation of various projects.
Senior mechanical Engineer Requirements:
- Degree or relevant qualification in mechanical engineering or building services
- Minimum of 10 years in a design environment within Building Services
- Ideally Chartered or working towards chartership
- Good knowledge of a variety of design software
- Full UK driving license
