Are you currently looking for more progression in your career as a BIM Technician within a growing building services consultancy?
The client that we are currently working with have been established for over 30 years and have a strong foothold in the northern market. They work in a variety of different sectors doing a lot of work in healthcare and commercial developments although work will not be limited to these sectors. They have roughly around 15 professionals of varying disciplines in their office in York and there is a dynamic and enthusiastic environment to thrive in. we have already put 2 engineers in their office this year who are loving it in the office and they are still growing, now looking for a talented and well versed BIM Technician to come and join their team.
The successful candidate will be fully conversant with Revit MEP and have demonstrable project experience within the building services sector. You will be able to walk straight in to the team and be a contributing member. You will have a good understanding of BIM and other industry specific software as well as being able to present and liaise with clients when needed. You will have an exemplary attitude and take pride in your work. This position would be perfect for someone who is looking for career development and wants to work in a company that supports them every step of the way.
BIM Technician Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience using Revit MEP within a Building Services environment
- Experienced in coordinating MEP services.
- 2D AutoCAD experience essential
- Engineering background an advantage but not essential.
- Masters in BIM management desirable
