Your new role
The successful engineer will carry out design of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services for Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Leisure, Residential and Retail Projects. Produce briefs, specifications, design drawings, survey work & cost estimates. Liaise with clients and other design disciplines and attend design teams/site meetings. What you'll need to succeed
This is an intermediate role for Mechanical or Electrical Building Services Engineers with 2-5 years post grad experience. Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of the building services industry is essential. You must be IT literate in all Microsoft & CAD systems and be comfortable dealing with clients, architects and other related groups.
