This is a large public sector organisation focusing on projects within the Greater Manchester area. Involved in both new built as well as refurbishment and maintenance projects. Your new role
You will be working alongside a team of M&E Engineers, Surveyors and FM Engineers. You will use your technical Mechanical and Electrical background coupled with your academic knowledge to advise on the best practices on each project. Your role will be a mixture of site and office based activities. Doing site visits to determine what is the issue and then delivering technical reports to advise how to best resolve them with minimal cost.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in Building Services or equivalent, and be a member of relevant membership body, such as CIBSE or CIOB. You will have relevant post graduate experience managing contracts and working to correct standards and regulations. You will need to have good organisational skills and be able to manage your time effectively.
