Now seeking to expand their team with a capable and impressive Mechanical Associate Director, who will take a crucial role in leading part of the business. Your new role
You will join a notable name in the industry with an impressive track record of creative and unusual project work. Joining a London team of 70 you will take a lead in managing new and on-going projects. You will work across sectors and building types, with recent projects including high value commercial, education, cultural venues, aviation, and residential. You will manage project resourcing, finances, full design, and supervise a team of Engineers. As a member of senior leadership you will also be involved in developing new business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked as either as a Design Engineer at an Associate or Associate Director level, and have strong experience of large scale projects within the residential, commercial, and other sectors. You will be technically strong in your understanding of mechanical engineering design and specification, able to solve complex engineering challenges whilst ensure buildings perform to strict environmental standards. You will also have a strong sense of creativity and enjoy working closely with creative people. You will have experience monitoring project deliverables, ensuring financial performance, supervising and developing a team, and be confident in front of clients.
