Progression path to a Senior Mechanical
My client is looking for an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer, to play a lead part working on a large scale project for one of the companies' key clients.
This company is renowned for working in a variety of different sectors including; commercial, residential, education, hotels and leisure and entertainment. My client wants to ensure that you aren't working on the same type of project each time. They are strong believer in branching out your talents so that you aren't doing the same project over and over again.
Usually as an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer, you will only be exposed doing the design on key projects. But my client wants to give you the chance to thrive by having the opportunity to showcase yourself to clients, by walking them through the designs. This is a fantastic chance for you show that you can deal with clients and build relationships with them.
A key aspect that my client prides themselves is supporting and building talented Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineers. You will have regular sit downs with the Directors discussing what your main aims are for the future and how you will aim to achieve that. You will be with company that you know if you put in the work and effort, it is a role that can eventually result in yourself becoming an Associate in the coming years.
