The successful applicant should be CEng or IEng, or working towards.

The successful applicant will be taking projects through from conception stage right through to completion on site. Wide variety of projects in healthcare, retail, education, office fit out etc.

Your duties will involve preparation of tender, contract and construction stage documents and drawings. Determining briefs, presentation of projects to client, stakeholders and design team. Monitoring on site activities and attendance at progress meetings and involvement in the handover process on completion and 'after care'.

Carrying out surveys and reports, condition surveys, feasibility studies etc.

The successful applicant will often be part of a team involving clients and external architects, structural engineers and other consultants. You will also be project manager of Mechanically biased projects potentially utilising and managing subcontract architects or structural engineers etc. running site meetings, taking and issuing minutes, contract documentation etc.

You will be involved in financial control of the project from both a contract perspective and in house costs and invoicing.
