Building Services is seeking an enthusiastic Mechanical and Electrical Compliance Engineer to support the Team Leader Mechanical and Electrical Compliance and Projects in the coordination and management of programmes for planned preventative maintenance and the production of M and E service design specifications for the Council’s corporate buildings and schools to ensure they remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose. We are looking for a fully or part qualified engineer with previous and demonstrable experience in a similar role with a can do attitude. A dynamic individual, with a commercial focus who can rise to the challenge and is results driven.
