Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a fully established and growing Building Services consultancy as an Intermediate Electrical Engineer?

The client that we are currently working with are fully established with offices across the country, they have over 40 talented engineers of varying disciplines working with them and are looking for a confident and talented engineer to come and work with them in their Bristol office. These are modern offices with built in Gyms and games rooms with communal working areas for an organic and freeing work environment.

This is going to be a fantastic opportunity for growth and development as this company will help further your career with qualifications and support. This is a new regional office currently sitting at 5 members of staff in this office at the moment and they are looking to grow. They have just appointed an Electrical Associate who has a wealth of knowledge and are looking to appoint an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to be their second in command. This is a great position to slot in to as you will be able to help grow the team and be able to influence the growth and success of this office directly. The successful engineer will have to be proficient in the design of electrical systems throughout a number of different building types. Being able to cover calculations and lighting design throughout a number of sectors. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of UK building regulations and legislation, you will be able to switch between projects to ensure clients deadlines and needs are met. You will be confident and have good client facing skills. You will have some experience on sites and be able to design site specific tools when needed.

Intermediate Electrical Engineer Requirements:

  • A degree or HNC in building services or electrical engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within the building services industry
  • Good knowledge of UK regulations and legislation
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Amtech, Relux & Dialux (Revit Advantageous)
  • Confident and able to manage your time appropriately
