Are you looking for a new challenge as a BIM Coordinator with an award-winning Building Services consultancy?
The client we're currently working with have offices around the country and are a fully established building services consultancy. They work in a variety of sectors and employing professionals of varying disciplines in the built environment and are looking for an enthusiastic and talented BIM Coordinator to come and work in their rapidly growing Bristol office. This is a great chance to play an influential part of the growth of this office. You will be the first Revit user in this team of 5 Engineers and will get the opportunity to grow a team around yourself
To be considered for this position you will have extensive experience within the building services industry and have good working knowledge of Revit MEP, using it every day in some capacity. You will be able to coordinate mechanical and electrical system and liaise with other disciplines and help develop Revit throughout the business. Ideally you will have a broad experience of coordinating MEP systems within Revit throughout a number of different sectors and will be comfortable working on multiple projects at one time.
BIM Coordinator Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Revit MEP
- Demonstrable experience within the building services industry
- Must be able to use AutoCAD within the building services industry
- Ability to work in a close-knit team or individually
